PS ACRM is an integrated system that provides support to institutions for increasing the effectiveness of marketing & sales . It contains scalable IBM SPSS® components, an analytical data model dedicated to banking and a feedback management environment that helps answer: who is going to leave and why?

PS ACRM is an integrated solution that uses predictive models to increase effectiveness of marketing and sales. By using analyses of customer data, behaviour, and relationship with the company, the system facilitates:

  • increasing income by maximising cross-sell and up-sell efficiency limiting customer churn by selecting the right offer and early identification of a threat of leaving
  • maximisation of effectiveness of marketing campaigns by precise targeting
  • the optimum use of the customer base by offering the right product to the right person at the right time
  • increasing effectiveness of customer relations by using various customer segmentation strategies (by value, product, activity, etc.)
  • improving the company product portfolio by understanding customer preferences and expectations
